Join us in November for a special NSANO chapter meeting featuring a panel of Past Chapter Presidents, each bringing years of wisdom, expertise, and proven success in the speaking profession. This interactive panel will give attendees the opportunity to ask questions directly and gain insights from leaders who have walked the path of professional speaking at the highest levels. Dr. Samuel Jones, CSP
Dr. Samuel Jones, CSP is a highly sought-after professional speaker, award-winning entrepreneur, author, and certified success coach. Based in Mississippi, Dr. Jones is best known for equipping leaders with his proven Momentum Mindset® system. This transformative approach enables leaders to prevent burnout, navigate change with confidence, and capitalize on cultural challenges as opportunities for leadership growth.
With a diverse background as both a retired educator and a successful entrepreneur, Dr. Jones provides a unique blend of insights and inspiration at every step he takes. In addition to his professional accomplishments, he serves as Superintendent of Sunday School and Associate Pastor at Peace & Goodwill Missionary Baptist Church in Richton, MS.
Dr. Jones holds a bachelor’s degree in advertising and a master’s degree in public relations from the University of Southern Mississippi, as well as a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Mississippi State University. He also holds the distinguished CSP® (Certified Speaking Professional) designation, recognized worldwide as the standard of excellence in the speaking profession.
Above all, Dr. Jones is a dedicated husband to Mrs. Sarah Clark, LPC, and is passionate about helping leaders reach their full potential—personally, professionally, and spiritually.

Dr. Frances Lucas is a higher education executive coach for senior leaders and their teams, with a particular focus on new college and university presidents. She collaborates to overcome challenges, enhance communication, foster trust, and achieve goals. Dr. Lucas served as a college president for ten years and a university vice president for 18 years, and has coached presidents, vice presidents, and deans over the past decade.
