Frances Lucas, Ph.D. works with entire senior leadership teams, especially in higher education, to overcome challenges, enhance communication, build trust and achieve goals. She has developed hundreds of keynote speeches and workshops for colleges, universities, and conferences. With 34 years of leadership at six different institutions, she has supervised over 1700 employees in various roles and has earned numerous national, regional, and statewide awards for her effectiveness.
She has also keynoted the National Association of State Personnel Executives, American Society of Women Accountants, chapters of the American Heart Association, and health professionals organizations. She was 2019-2020 president of the New Orleans chapter of the National Speakers Association.
Frances Lucas believes today’s leaders have a responsibility to find their authentic voices and share their views with others. While it often takes courage and involves risk, these types of voices are the ones that have changed the world for the better.
Dr. Samuel Jones, CSP is an inspiring leadership speaker, author, and award-winning entrepreneur from Mississippi. He empowers leaders to embrace change and transform their lives and their work through engaging keynote programs, consulting, and coaching services.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Advertising and a master’s degree in Public Relations from the University of Southern Mississippi and a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Mississippi State University. He’s been recognized as one of the TOP Entrepreneurs by the Mississippi Business Journal, he has the Certified Speaking Professional® (CSP) designation from the National Speakers Association, a certified facilitator with TTI Success Insights DISC™ and he is a certified success coach with Jack Canfield’s Success Principles™️. He is a devoted husband to his wife, Sarah Jones, LPC, and he is a living example of resilience and the power of lifelong learning. He helps clients to reconnect to their identity, to adapt to the uncertainty within their environment, and to maximize their influence for better results and a better life.
Albert Pellissier (Pell-ah-shay) works with Entrepreneurs and Creative Professionals to dissolve the hidden obstacles to their most meaningful work through masterclasses, workshops, and retreats.
