Learn. Grow. Share.

To achieve the best that’s in us, as individuals and as an organization, we must be continually improving. NSA provides a wide variety of opportunities to do exactly that. From conferences to labs, the themes and the content may vary, but the goal is always the same: to learn, grow, and share.

And the learning doesn’t all happen in sessions. In fact, a significant portion of it takes place away from the breakout rooms - in the hallways, sitting next to you at lunch or standing beside you at an evening reception.

Three Step Process For Massive Speaking Success

with John Ramstead, ACC, CPLC

Join us on Saturday, November 13, 2021!

In a more and more interconnected, over-caffeinated, hyper-competitive, always-on, remote working world, how do we stay top of mind with our prospects, clients, referral sources and networking partners?

Spamming and stalking are not the answer. Showing appreciation and adding value wins out over self promotion every time. Speakers today are squandering thousands of dollars searching for the elusive Holy Grail, when it's as simple and inexpensive as taking a sincere interest and a little human touch.

All things being equal, people do business with and refer business to people they know, like, and trust. This presentation combines exciting stories from the cockpit of John’s F-14, humor and a healthy dose of insight that will teach you how to implement a simple three step relationship marketing system into your business and set you apart from the masses. By attending this program, you will learn:

  • How to identify and connect with prospective clients, customers, networking partners and strategic alliances
  • Methods of communicating with people that result in greater visibility for you and your business
  • How to showcase your credibility and add value to your network
  • The art of building and converting online relationships into offline business, which leads to long-term success and revenue growth
About John Ramstead, ACC, CPLC:

John Ramstead is a former combat Navy fighter pilot, keynote speaker, executive coach, best selling author and international podcast host. John was named by Inc. Magazine as one of “The Top 12 Podcasts Leaders Need to Listen To.” It is John’s purpose and joy to launch individuals, companies, and government organizations into their full potential.

John’s journey started when the U.S. Navy accepted him into flight school to become a Naval Aviator. The day he pinned on his Wings of Gold and received orders to fly the F-14 was the culmination of a dream he held since childhood. He went on to fly combat missions in Iraq and was selected to attend TOPGUN.

After his Navy career, John became an entrepreneur. He was part of three tech startups, was on a Fortune 500 management team, board chair on two non-profits he founded, and has held many other leadership positions.

John was at the peak of his professional career nine years ago when his dreams were shattered by a freak accident. 23 surgeries later and with his life hanging in the balance, John emerged with a profound vision for how to live a life of significance. Since then, he has coached and mentored thousands of individuals and companies. John’s passion is to help leaders of all ages and experience levels become their best self, connect to their purpose and achieve both success and significance.

NSA Essentials

Aesthetic Intelligence Shelly Molaschi

If you haven't heard of Aesthetic Intelligence, you've probably felt it.

  • AI is the development of “taste”—the ability to discern what is desirable and why and how to attain it.
  • If you master it; AI can give you an edge over the competition.
  • The right AI is what keeps you going back to your favorite restaurant.
  • AI changed the way you buy your perfume.

I'll show you how to up your AI by getting organized, focused and styled. All of it giving YOU the edge over the competition.

“You don't get a second chance to make a first impression"

"People size you up in 3 seconds"

"Clothes don't make the man but they do make 90% of what you see of him"

You've heard these before and they are still true. Before a person speaks we have already decided if we respect them, distrust them, or pity them. Image coach Shelly Molaschi brings her television news anchor and reporter experience to an informative and surprising presentation about what really creates your desired image. Transform your professional credibility and convey power, position, confidence, style or fun, and take control of your presentations, media appearances, and board room aspirations.
