Ron Mumbower\, PhD\, LMFT\, will lead the opening session focusing on “Protecting Your Mental Health in a Post-Covid World.” This interactive session will remind us of the importance of maintaining work/life balance\, while giving practical insights into protecting the professional speaker’s mental health. \nNew Feature: NSANO Speaker Showcase\nAt NSANO we believe your impact is limitless\, so we want to provide practical tools that enhance your success. We also believe one of the best ways to do this is though honest and transparent feedback on how we can improve our speaking skills. As part of our August 13 meeting\, three of our chapter members will present 15-minute “showcase” speeches\, followed by audience feedback on what worked and what can be enhanced.
