October 9 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

A half‑day, high‑impact training with Quinn Conyers for executives, founders, and leaders who are requested or required to host, moderate, and facilitate meetings—so they’re engaging, efficient, and unforgettable.

  • Friday, October 9
  • 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. CT (doors open at 8:30 a.m.)
  • Bonus: Q&A with Quinn from 12:00–12:30 p.m.
  • In-person or live virtual option
  • Capacity: Limited to ~50 in-person seats (plus virtual)

Why This Training, Why Now

Most leaders are thrown into moderating panels, running town halls, or leading board meetings with zero formal facilitation training.

They’ve taken a public speaking course or a workshop on executive presence, but no one ever showed them how to:

  • Design and run a meeting that keeps people engaged, not tuned out
  • Balance voices in the room so no one dominates and no one disappears
  • Ask better questions in fireside chats and panels
  • Move a group from discussion to decisions—without endless follow-up meetings
  • Make sure people follow through on what they committed to

Master Your Meetings fills that gap.

What You’ll Learn

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Design meetings that have a clear purpose and outcome—so every invite makes sense and every minute counts.
  • Open and close meetings like a pro MC, with energy, clarity, and confidence.
  • Facilitate conversations that aren’t awkward or flat, using simple structures and prompts that work with any group.
  • Run panels and fireside chats that don’t flop, including how to ask better questions, manage time, and highlight your panelists.
  • Use icebreakers and interaction intentionally, not just as filler.
  • Assign clear next steps and follow-ups so people know exactly what they owe by when—and you’re not chasing deliverables later.
  • Handle common “meeting disasters” in the moment: the over-talker, the side conversations, the silent room, the derailed agenda.

Who This Is For

This training is designed for leaders who are:

  • Requested or required to run meetings, town halls, retreats, panels, or fireside chats
  • C‑suite executives and senior leaders
  • Directors, managers, and team leads
  • Nonprofit executives, board chairs, and committee leaders
  • Founders and small business owners with teams or advisory boards
  • Association and chapter leaders (including NSA leaders nationwide)

If you’ve ever thought:

  • “Why did they ask that VP to moderate this panel?”
  • “We keep having meetings about the last meeting.”
  • “I wish our leaders knew how to run an engaging room.”

…this session is for you or your team.
